The Vladimir region is among the regions with high quality of regional financial management in 2020. This was reported by the administration of the Vladimir region with reference to the Ministry of Finance of Russia.
A total of 24 subjects are on the list of leaders. Moscow, Tyumen region, Altai Territory, Kabardino-Balkar Republic, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District and so on can also boast of good results. The White House notes that the Vladimir region has held a high place in the ranking for 15 consecutive years. Low quality of financial management was found in the Yaroslavl, Ulyanovsk, Magadan and Orel regions, Khabarovsk Territory and the Republic of Ingushetia. A total of 17 regions.
The rating takes into account the quality of budget planning, budget execution, management of debt obligations and state property, evaluates financial relations with municipalities, the degree of transparency in the budget process, as well as the implementation of national projects and the May Decrees of the President.
