Public Catering in Vladimir Region Is Allowed to Work Without QR-Codes and PCR-Tests

Unvaccinated visitors will be admitted until September 15 without certificates

Vladimir Oblast authorities relaxed anti-coronavirus restrictions for public catering facilities, children’s entertainment centers, massage parlors, saunas, fitness centers, swimming pools, nightclubs, discos and cinemas. All of them will be able to serve customers without vaccination certificates, QR codes and PCR tests until September 15, 2021. That is, until the deadline, when 60% of public sector employees and service providers must be vaccinated.

It will be recalled that tough measures were introduced in the 33rd region only on July 12, but because of the violent protest reaction of entrepreneurs the authorities had to revise them. The changes were introduced on July 16; the decree was signed by Governor Vladimir Sipyagin.

Catering establishments are obliged to fulfill the former orders of Rospotrebnadzor: check the employees before starting work, wear personal protective equipment, social distance, disinfection, and so on.
Catering establishments will not be able to hold discos, contests and karaoke from 23:00 to 6:00.

Activities of food courts in shopping malls are allowed, provided that the occupancy rate does not exceed 50%. Recall that fitness centers were “cleared” to work without QR codes even earlier, on July 15.

Hoteliers remained in the most vulnerable position – they can still receive only guests who have received a certificate of vaccination or passed the PCR test. This measure doesn’t apply to residents of the Vladimir region, who travel in the region. They can check in without a certificate.
