The Youth Council Created Again in Vladimir

Its members can be active high school and college students

The city Youth Council resumes its work in Vladimir. As explained in the mayor’s office, its task is to coordinate the activities of socially active young people for the successful implementation of youth policy.

The Council will select 20 people – for a period of one year. Its members may be citizens of Russia aged 16 to 25 years – students of universities, colleges, specialized secondary schools and high school students.

Applications for inclusion in the Council take in the city department of physical culture, sports and youth policy (Stroiteley St., 6). It is necessary to provide a resume, a characteristic from an educational institution or place of work, sending a representative, as well as a portfolio that demonstrates social activities (copies of diplomas, certificates, letters of appreciation).

It should be noted that the work of the city Youth Council, judging by its group in “VKontakte”, stalled in 2019. In general, the youth policy of Vladimir and the entire region-33 is in deep crisis – coronavirus restrictions and constant personnel changes in the leadership do not allow to conduct consistent work.
