Before Easter and May holidays there was a meeting of the anti-terrorist commission under the chairmanship of Vladimir’s head Andrey Shokhin in the city administration. They talked about ensuring order during public events and transport. Also there were checked the security passports and security of sports and subordinate facilities, as well as the activities of volunteer patrols, volunteers, Cossacks and private security companies.
A unified intelligent system of video surveillance and integrated security platform “Alkor-M” should help to monitor the situation in Vladimir. They were presented to the members of the Anti-Terrorist Commission by Pavel Shatokhin, the deputy of the Legislative Assembly, director of the branch “Rostelecom” in the Vladimir and Ivanovo regions, and Nikolai Zatsepin from ANO “Monitoring Service in the Vladimir region”. The system enables optimized online monitoring of urban public spaces and various institutions.
The head of the city said that Alkor-M deserves a detailed discussion by specialists. For this purpose, a working group will be created under the supervision of the Department of Economic Security and Anti-Corruption of the Vladimir city administration, said Shokhin.
Recall that in 2015, “Rostelecom” presented to the city and the law enforcement agencies a system of “Safe City”, which operates in the regional center to this day.
